Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your chair purchase. To help ease your mind over any doubts you may have over purchasing online we offer the following for your peace of mind. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery for a full no quibble refund. Please note that we strongly suggest that if you are in any doubt about the colour of the product you utilise our FREE SWATCH SAMPLE facility prior to ordering.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
In the unlikely event you want to return your product please ensure that you inform us in advance that you are returning it. This can be done by e-mailing Sales@Tubchairs.com quoting your order number. Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations you will be responsible for returning the item to us by your own arrangement and expense.
HOW SHOULD MY ITEM BE RETURNED?
Items MUST be returned in their original boxes and packaging. Ensure your box is securely wrapped and taped and is clearly labelled with your returns number and name. Should the item arrive back to us and require re-conditioning by our upholsterer due to not using the correct packaging we may need to charge an hourly rate for his time to fix/repair.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
Arrange for the goods to be returned to our warehouse, you can return them in person if you like. The address is as below:-

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO NOTIFY YOU OF MY INTENT TO RETURN?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intent to return. If no notification by phone, email or in writing has been received by us within 30 days of your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All money relating to your returned goods will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse.
