We want you to be 100% satisfied with your chair purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase you are more than welcome to return the chair to our warehouse within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that we strongly suggest that if you are in any doubt about the colour of the product you utilise our FREE SWATCH SAMPLE facility prior to ordering. Please find below the necessary steps you will need to take to return your item safely to us.
Who to contact?
Please ensure that you inform us prior to returning the item by contacting us via e-mail at sales@tubchairs.com quoting your order number. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for returning the item to us by your own arrangement and expense.
What are the dimensions of my Sloane & Sons box?
Please note, if you are NOT using the original packaging and box, these measurements may differ:-
Angel Chair= 72cm x 72cm x 72 cm and 12kg
Tub Chair = 81cm x 73cm x64cm and 16kg
Wingback Chair = 76cm x 72cm x 72cm and 24kg
Accent Chair = 80cm x 86cm x 66cm and 24kg

We have found these the most cost-effective way to return items to us. We suggest taking out shipping insurance with the couriers to protect against accidental damage, loss or theft. Should you wish to return the item in person, please let us know via E-mail.
How should the item be returned?
The items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, ensuring the box is firmly wrapped and taped to pass the minimal courier collection standards. The box must be clearly labelled with your name and order number. If for some reason you are unable to utilise the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging and ensure the item is securely wrapped as the chair must be returned in a saleable condition. Please ensure if you have attached the feet to the chair, they are removed, wrapped and secured as not to cause damage to the chair whilst in transit.

Is there time limit on when I can return my chair?
You have 30 days from receipt to return the item in a saleable condition for a full no quibble refund. Post 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
When will I be refunded?
Once the item is safely back with us, the accounts department will be notified and will aim to process the refund within 14 days.
