From the date of ordering, how long will delivery take?
At point of checkout you will be able to specify the day you wish to accept delivery of your chair. Most people will choose our next day service if ordered prior to 14:00 on the day before.
Will you contact me regarding the delivery date?
Prior to your delivery date, you will receive a shipping email confirmation.
Do you deliver at the weekend?
We can offer a Saturday morning AM delivery. A surcharge of £19.99 will apply to this service. You can select this option at point of checkout.
How will the chair be packed and delivered?
The chair will be cardboard wrapped, then covered with high density polythene for water resistant protection. The chair will be placed in a cardboard box and sealed to deliver via our UK Mail one man delivery service.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver to all mainland UK at the price quoted on the website - there will be a small surcharge for highlands and islands and an additional lead time of 48 hours.
Does the price quoted include VAT?
Yes. VAT is included in the sale price of all of our products.
Are there any other charges for me to consider?
No. There are no hidden charges.
Where can I sit on the chair before I buy it?
In order to keep prices (and costs) to a minimum we currently operate for our HQ in Burton on Trent. Should you wish to see the chair please call and make an appointment?
Will my details be shared with other companies?
Absolutely not. Your personal details will remain within our system and will not be shared with any third parties.
Am I able to discuss my order with your company?
Yes. Please use the contact telephone number on the Sloane & Sons Tub Chairs website (01283 576811). All members of our team will be able to access details of your order and are fully conversant with all the tub chairs we have on our website.
If I have a technical question, will your staff be able to help me?
Yes. Our designers are based within our office complex and are able to fully explain any technical details that you may want to inquire about.
I don't like my chair, can I return it?
Yes. Sloane & Sons fully comply with The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. This allows you to return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it. This is with the understanding that the item is sent back in the condition it arrived to you in. You will be required to arrange the return and costs associated with that return to our warehouse, Unit 1C Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton on Trent, Staffs, DE13 9PD. Once the items has arrived back your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
