Tub Chair Buying Guide

Share

You’ve probably heard of how great tub chairs are by now. Their versatility and range of unique and colourful designs, while not compromising in comfort, has led to them taking the world by storm. You probably sit in one every day and don’t even notice; well why not get in on this upcoming trend? We’ve decided to put together a little buying guide to help you transform your home, office or restaurant.

Tub Chair Materials Information

Fabric: Our chairs come in a range of different fabrics. Choose from a selection of patterned or plain threads based on a comfort setting best suited to your needs; polyester, cotton and chenille are just a few examples of what we have to offer. For the full range, look through our website or call 01283 722 721 to order a sample of fabrics available.

Linen: Easy to clean linen tub chairs add a relaxed vibe to your home environment. These are great for placing in a baby’s nursery for late night feeds.

Faux leather: These come in PVC and are common choices with our customers. Great for saving money but still looking professional, these chairs are best suited to restaurants and offices.

Real leather: These chairs are hand dyed real leather and ooze quality. They are strong, durable and professional. Whether you’re an upmarket establishment or simply want luxury in the home, these are recommended by all our customers.

Feet and Bases Information

There are two types of chair base that we supply. The wooden feet, which are in accordance with the FSC guidelines, or the chrome, wheeled base that comes with our swivel chair design. The swivel chairs are made for the office environment with their easy to move design and the wooden base chairs have a sturdy support to make them long lasting.

Frame

All our tub chairs have a wooden frame in which the wood is sourced from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The FSC aim to produce wood without causing damage to the environment. They aim to ensure their products don’t interfere with the ‘forest’s biodiversity, productivity and ecological processes’.

Chair Care Information

When moving your tub chair, lift it and don’t drag. This will prevent the chair legs weakening and ensure they last longer. Be careful not to press your chair against radiators of other high energy devices as heat could cause damage to the material. Use a damp cloth to wipe away any spills or marks on the chair. For best tips on preserving your chair, follow the manual guide supplied with each individual tub chair.

Quality Guarantee

There is a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty with each chair. Problems or faults are rare but we like to protect our customers’ interests. In the unlikely scenario that you would experience any issues, get in touch and we would be more than happy to help.
