Customer service is always top of the list at Sloane & Sons.  We believe in excellent standards, and smooth processes, which is how it’s been since the company was founded in 1989 by Gerry Sloane and continues to be to this day.


A family owned and run business founded in the heart of the Midlands, Sloane & Sons has been supplying homewares for over 25 years, from cushions to chairs, and we apply our high standards to all of our products.   Our hands-on approach means we have built up a wealth of knowledge, and contacts allowing us to use only the finest of materials in our ranges.  Starting out as a store, we have now turned to online sales to reach a larger audience.


Our in-house team are highly trained by the Sloane family themselves, and our furniture upholstery service team can recover your current seating to match with your new purchase.  We will always do our utmost to reach our customers’ expectations, and our customer service is not like any you will find at larger faceless stores.  You will always get through to one of our dedicated employees over the phone or on the online chat service – No robots here! 


Gerry Sloane has proudly handed the reins over to his son Edward to keep the business moving forward in the E-commerce sector, ensuring it grows from strength to strength.  His vast knowledge of the market and the excellent team in place around him means Sloane & Sons future is in safe hands for many years to come.

When it comes to stylish chairs, we kept things simple by conducting detailed research on what customers wanted from their seating experience, then developing - alongside one of the world's leading manufacturers of chairs - an uncomplicated range of angel accent chairs, tub chairs and wingback chairs that are simply top quality, supremely comfortable but still impressively affordable.


With many other companies having pages and pages of confusing options and constantly changing deals, it's hard to know where to start. With us, it's simple - and in the unlikely event that you're having any difficulty, our customers can just pick up the phone or drop us an email.


With the business growing, Sloane & Sons has recently taken on a new, purpose-built distribution centre on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. From the distribution centre, we are able to dispatch up to 100 chairs a day nationally and internationally. Heavy investment in our infrastructure and tracking systems means we can continue keeping our promises to all of our customers.
